1. No Refund After Work Begins

Once the process has started and your documents are submitted to the government portal, no refund will be provided. This includes cases where:

  • Documents are already reviewed and application is under processing.
  • The certificate is already generated or near completion.

2. Refund Eligibility (Before Process Starts)

You may be eligible for a full refund only if:

  • You cancel the service before submitting your documents.
  • Our team has not started the documentation or processing yet.

3. Processing Time for Refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Wrong documents submitted by the client.
  • Client not responding after payment.
  • Delay caused by external factors like server issues or government portal downtime.
