Welcome to ProCA (https://proca.in), a private documentation and consultancy service provider for Shop Act License (Gumasta) Registration in Maharashtra. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Service

We are a private consultancy and are not affiliated with any government body. We assist in applying for Shop Act License by preparing and submitting documents on your behalf.

2. Service Fee

Our service fee is ₹500 or ₹950 depending on the city and service speed. This includes consultation, form filling, documentation, and submission. Government fees (if any) are included in the total cost unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver the registration certificate within 1–2 working hours after receiving all necessary documents. Delays may occur due to technical or government portal issues.

4. Client Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • Any errors due to incorrect documents or details provided by you will not be our responsibility.

5. No Government Affiliation

We clearly state that we are not a government agency. We are a private third-party service provider helping clients with legal and compliance documentation online.

6. Refund & Cancellation

Once the documentation process has started, fees are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for more details.

7. Communication

All communication regarding your service request will be done via WhatsApp, phone call, or email.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any delay, error, or rejection caused by third-party portals, including government websites.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms without notice. Please review this page regularly to stay updated.
